Q: how long does it take to deliver my order?

Q: how do I track my order?

A: Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow it until it is delivered to you.

Q: what’s your return policy?

A: FlixCart store respects the 30-day return policy. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days after receiving your item. We cannot accept returns beyond 30 days.

Q: how do I make changes to an existing order?

A: You may cancel your order for a free cost within 12 hours of making your order by responding to the order confirmation email. You may then cancel as long as the goods has not yet been sent. The order cannot be canceled after it has been sent.
